Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the management and implementation of HR policies, administering employee benefits, supporting personnel management tasks, and contributing to HR management initiatives. Key responsibilities include organizing employee records, maintaining HR databases, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing support in the development of HR strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Skills in Personnel Management and record keeping
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
