Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Salem. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the day-to-day tasks related to human resources activities such as HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will support various HR functions to ensure a smooth operation of the HR department.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
