Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern at PaisaaLoan Services Private Limited. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The role is based in Gurugram but allows for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications


  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
