Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility, for a Tourist Guide for Nepal. We're planning to open new organisation in tourism sector. The Tourist Guide will organize and lead guided tours, providing insightful information about historical and cultural sites. The role includes ensuring a high level of customer service, communicating effectively with tourists, and managing tours efficiently. The Tourist Guide will also be involved in facilitating sales of tour packages and assisting tourists with inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and a strong knowledge of History
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and the ability to promote tour packages
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, History, or a related field is preferred
• Candidate are local from Nepal only.
• Willing to speak Nepali and English.
• Knowledge of Ticketing, Amadeus.
• Male and female both preferable for this post.
