Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a proactive team member supporting the Human Resources department with daily tasks and ongoing projects. No HR background is required, but if you have worked in a similar field and possess strong communication skills in English, we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases - Support in maintaining accurate records & timely updation in Bob - HRIS system - Prepare HR documents, reports, and letters - Assist in coordinating the onboarding & offboarding process - Address and record employee HR inquiries - Assist in planning & calendarizing engagement activities for all employees - Handle general administrative duties as needed Qualifications Required: - Graduate, ideally with 1 year of experience in HR or a related domain - Familiarity with HR processes and employee lifecycle - Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills - Eagerness to learn and contribute new ideas Additional Details: As a global fast-growing company, we provide various opportunities for you to enhance your skill set and career.
