Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Patna. The HR Intern will support the HR department in various tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating orientations and training sessions, working on HR policies and procedures, and managing employee benefits. Additionally, the HR Intern will help in day-to-day HR operations and may assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and understanding of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
