About the Role

The HR Intern (Recruitment Focus) will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions, and contributing to the overall success of the HR team.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social platforms
• Screening & shortlisting candidates for various roles (BPO, Sales, BFSI, Logistics)
• Scheduling interviews & maintaining daily recruitment trackers
• Supporting HR team in documentation and onboarding processes
• Learning recruitment tools & building database for future hiring

Qualifications

• Freshers / Final year students (BBA, MBA HR, BA, BCom preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Interest in HR recruitment as a career

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with recruitment tools
• Experience with social media platforms for sourcing

Pay range and compensation package

Performance Based (Certificate + ₹6,000 stipend after successful completion)
