HR Intern – Job Brief

As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to real-time HR processes, including:

• Hiring (Influencers, Video Editors, Content Creators using Canva/AI)
• Coordinating interview procedures
• Training new joiners
• Posting hiring updates on free platforms
• Managing candidate applications and resumes
• Supporting the recruitment team and building university collaborations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Post job ads on job boards and social media
• Screen resumes and applications (with unbiased evaluation)
• Schedule and coordinate telephonic interviews
• Maintain candidate records in internal databases
• Submit daily updates via Google Forms
• Train and support the recruitment team
• Build partnerships with universities for internship collaborations
• Assist with other HR-related tasks
• Dedicate at least

  2 hours per day, 6 days a week

Requirements

• Students / Freshers
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Attention to detail and ability to follow organizational processes
