Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in various HR processes such as implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, supporting employee benefit programs, and participating in recruitment and onboarding activities. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with maintaining HR compliance, contributing to personnel management strategies, and supporting HR management initiatives. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in human resources.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and familiarity with HR Management practices.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and support in administrative processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
