We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Intern to assist in managing recruitment, coordination, and documentation processes within our growing team.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including photographers, videographers, editors, album designers, and interns
• . Draft and post internship and job listings across different platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with shortlisted candidates.
• Manage team coordination and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Collect weekly progress reports from interns and maintain performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including attendance, reports, and assignment logs.
• Support onboarding processes for new team members and interns.
• Ensure timely communication of updates, deadlines, and expectations to all team members.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR coordination.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and other basic productivity tools.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality.
