Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening resumes, interview coordination).
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations).
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Help with statutory compliance documentation and HR reports.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.
