Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Intern will assist with the day-to-day HR management tasks, including the implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also support HR-related projects and contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive work environment within the organization.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management
• Understanding and implementation of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
