As part of our talent development initiative, we are hiring motivated HR Interns to support our recruitment and operational processes.

📌 Role: HR Intern

As an HR Intern, you will be directly involved in supporting the hiring funnel, from sourcing potential candidates to interviewing and onboarding them across various departments. You will also contribute to HR operations, process coordination, and documentation.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media platforms

Schedule and conduct telephonic/video interviews

Coordinate with internal teams for candidate selection and onboarding

Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses

Assist in drafting job descriptions, internship offers, and onboarding materials

Contribute to daily HR operations and team coordination activities

Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with potential hires

💡 What We’re Looking For: 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (training will be provided)

Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Forms, and LinkedIn is a plus

💰 Stipend & Incentives

This is a performance-based internship.

Stipend will be based on incentives, linked to the number and quality of successful closures and tasks completed
