About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our growing BFSI recruitment team. As a Recruiter / Junior Recruiter, you will work closely with senior team members and clients to source, engage, and place top talent across the BFSI domain. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in recruitment and gain exposure to hiring for leading names in banking, financial services, and NBFC sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles under guidance from seniors and team leads.
• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements across sales, operations, finance, and other BFSI functions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and feedback collection.
• Engage and build relationships with candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, documentation, and daily reports.
• Work closely with clients and internal team to understand hiring needs and job roles.
