Role : Mulesoft Integration Lead We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mulesoft Integration Lead with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-grade integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on technical expertise, leadership qualities, and deep knowledge of various Mulesoft connectors and integration patterns. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Mulesoft Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Hands-on development using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, and MUnit Work with Mule connectors like HTTP, Kafka, Database, JMS, SFTP, File, etc. Ensure best practices in API-led connectivity, performance tuning, and security Perform code reviews, solution reviews, and guide junior developers Coordinate deployments and provide technical leadership during project delivery Troubleshoot issues and support production integrations Required Skills & Experience Total Experience : 8 to 12 years Mulesoft Relevant Experience : 6+ years 3+ years of hands-on experience on Mulesoft Anypoint Platform Strong understanding of Mule connectors, API policies, RAML, and integration patterns Proficiency in DataWeave, MUnit Testing, and CI/CD pipelines Integration experience with systems like Kafka, Databases, JMS, SFTP, etc. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Mulesoft certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer/Integration Architect) Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) Experience with Agile delivery models (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
