Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Onboard recruitment consultants for resource (talent) hiring
Coordinate with them to ensure maximum footfall during the interview period
Screen shortlisted candidates telephonically and select suitable profiles
Communicate employer information and benefits to prospective candidates during the screening process
Invite prospective candidates for job interviews through a virtual platform
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers based on the available schedule
Complete timely reports on employment activity
Communicate with selected candidates and ensure their smooth joining of the company
Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new joiners
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
