Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

Assist in Recruitment & Onboarding:
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
Support onboarding formalities for new hires and interns.
Maintain HR Records:
Update employee/intern databases, attendance, and documentation.
Organize and maintain personnel files digitally and physically.
Coordinate HR Activities:
Assist in planning employee engagement programs and team events.
Help with internal communication and policy circulation.
Performance & Feedback Tracking:
Support HR team in collecting and compiling feedback from interns/employees.
Help prepare performance reports and analytics.
Learning & Development Support:
Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance/training records.
Communicate with trainers and ensure smooth session execution.
Assist in HR Projects:
Participate in HR automation, process improvement, or research-based projects.

About Company: SK Natural Farm is a recognized government supplier for agricultural projects, specializing in poultry farming practices and organic feed production. The farm collaborates with various government agencies to enhance agricultural productivity and provide training to farmers and villagers. Key areas of involvement include: Organic Produce: supplying native breed poultry chicks to various government bodies under government contracts; Training Programs: offering training sessions for farmers on zero-budget poultry farming techniques, pest management, and health issues in collaboration with agricultural departments; Poultry Feed Initiatives: formulating and training farmers to prepare their feed independently; and Research Collaboration: partnering with KVK on government-funded projects to develop climate-resilient breeds and sustainable farming technologies.
