• Maintain and update hiring records and HR databases using MS Excel.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files and documents.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Assist with employee relations activities and support HR initiatives.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
