Human Resources (HR) Internship in Hyderabad

You’ll work closely with HR managers, hiring managers, and leadership to help build high-impact teams. If you enjoy understanding people, spotting potential, and moving fast, this role is for you.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Deep-dive into job descriptions and truly understand what each role demands
• Actively participate in the initial talent screening rounds
• Screen resumes for basic eligibility, role alignment, and skill fit
• Shortlist candidates and maintain clean, updated hiring trackers
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers, HR managers, and the CEO as needed
• Coordinate seamlessly between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Research candidate profiles beyond resumes (LinkedIn, portfolios, background signals)
• Support the HR team in fast-paced, real-world hiring decisions
