About the job: Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will support a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. 2. Maintain employee records and update internal databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, performance appraisals). 3. Support employee engagement activities and coordinate training and development programs. 4. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. 5. Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries. 6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. 7. Help in drafting HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and HR reports. 8. Coordinate with external partners, like insurance vendors and recruitment agencies. 9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proven experience (1–3 years) in an HR role. 3. Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices. 4. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.). 5. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 7. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or PGDM in HR is a plus. Experience in [industry, e.g., IT, manufacturing, retail, etc.] is an advantage.
