Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handling ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity & other statutory compliances.
Creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
Handling labor law documentation, inspections & audits.
Maintaining and updating compliance trackers and statutory registers.
Assisting in internal audits & coordinating with government authorities.
