Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership roles
Create job descriptions based on role requirements
Source and screen profiles according to job specifications
Generate and maintain various recruitment trackers and reports
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
Handle day-to-day HR activities and operations
Address and resolve employee grievances
