Key Responsibilities Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle in coordination with department heads Design and implement effective onboarding and induction programs for new hires Oversee payroll processing and ensure smooth execution of performance evaluations Optimize HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction Maintain accurate HR metrics such as cost per hire, time-to-fill, and retention rates Manage internal communication initiatives including employee feedback and satisfaction surveys Develop and support programs that enhance employee engagement and workplace morale Draft, implement, and regularly update company policies and procedures Review employment contracts and ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy standards Evaluate the effectiveness of employee benefit programs and suggest improvements Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as procurement and office supplies management Requirements Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any field Demonstrate a strong grasp of core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and performance management Apply excellent problem-solving skills with a people-first approach Manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic work environment Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills About Company: Incubated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), TradeCred is India's unique trade credit platform.
