Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers) for sales, collections, credit ops, customer support & tech roles
  • Employee onboarding, documentation, background verification & payroll management
  • Handling compliances (PF, ESIC, labour laws, RBI/NBFC-related employee compliances)
  • Building & managing HR policies, attendance, leaves, and performance reviews
  • Managing field operations support — attendance & incentives of collection agents, target tracking
  • Vendor management (background check agencies, payroll vendor, insurance, office admin)
  • Employee engagement, grievance handling & culture building
  • Working directly with founders on hiring roadmap, org structure & cost control
