Role Overview: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering employee programs, handling employee relations, and implementing organizational design strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in change management initiatives and managing HR sourcing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits. - Ensure compliance with federal and state employment & labor laws, regulations, and affirmative action planning. - Administer employee orientation programs, performance management processes, employee evaluations, and training & development initiatives. - Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and tact; facilitate conflict management and resolution strategies. - Develop and implement organizational design strategies; participate in succession planning and strategic workforce planning. - Conduct change management initiatives to support HR projects; manage HR sourcing activities and social media recruitment campaigns. - Prepare reports related to HR metrics using Salesforce or other analytics tools; assist in contract management and compliance documentation. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills with experience in data entry, data collection, recruiting tools (ATS), and administrative functions. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining compliance standards. - Experience in handling all HR activities for night shift employees is preferred. - Immediate joiner preferred. - Willingness to work in US night shift.
