Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur for a Human Resources Executive with audit handling experience. Key responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and audits. The role also involves supporting the overall HR strategy to foster a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
• Experience in HR Operations, including payroll, recruitment, and compliance
• Knowledge and expertise in Employee Relations and handling HR Policies
• Familiarity with audit handling, compliance, and labor law regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications in HR are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
