Human Resources Executive (Real Estate)

Position Overview:

The HR Executive will oversee and manage the company's human resources operations, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HRMS management. The role demands a proactive professional with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to building a positive and compliant work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update

  HRMS portal

  for attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Execute

  employee engagement and welfare initiatives

  to strengthen workplace culture.
• Handle

  performance management

  , probation reviews, and PIP processes.
• Address

  employee relations and grievance handling

  in a professional manner.
• Support

  training & development

  activities and assist in internal HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience

  in HR generalist or operations role.

• Preferred background in the Real Estate industry.

• Hands-on experience with

  HRMS platform and MS Office tools.

• Strong knowledge of

  HR policies, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
