Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer and vendor databases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle vendor relations and ensure seamless coordination for property-related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the post-sales journey.
• Review agreements and supporting documents with attention to accuracy.
• Collaborate with the field operations team to ensure timely delivery of post-sales services and issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate from any recognized discipline.
• Immediate Joiner's Only.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage responsibilities independently.
