Real Estate Operations Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to handle on-field operations or Client Relationship management from office to ensure a seamless experience for clients. This role requires managing vendor coordination, client assistance, and operational processes related to real estate properties. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients during site visits, move-in, and move-out processes. Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and other services. Ensure timely execution of agreements, documentation, and other formalities. Address client queries and provide necessary support during their transition. Conduct property inspections and ensure readiness before handovers. Maintain operational efficiency by streamlining processes and resolving on-ground challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. Requirements: ✅ 1-3 years of experience in real estate operations, facility management, key account management or a similar field role. ✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Willingness to work on-field and interact with clients, tenants, and vendors. ✅ Knowledge of basic real estate processes and property management is a plus.
