Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Madurai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing overall HR management. The role requires understanding the unique needs of the organization and ensuring effective HR practices to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR).
• Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Policies development.
• Skills in handling Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaboratively with the team.
• Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Experienced salary is based on experience

Office Time : Timing 10am to 7pm

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Mode : Work from Office
