Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to help us find and attract talented individuals to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.

Responsibilities:

* Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

* Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).

* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

* Participate in the interview process as needed.

* Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates.

* Conduct reference checks.

* Prepare and extend job offers.

* Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

* Freshers with BBA , MBA & B.com are welcome to apply.

* Understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
