Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Rajkot. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring efficient HR processes. The role also involves supporting organizational goals by fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and staying compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) strategies to support organizational development
• Knowledge and experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies to enhance workplace efficiency
• Strong skills in Employee Relations to address concerns and promote a positive work environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and decision-makers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in an HR role or related positions is preferred
