Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resource Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining harmony among employees and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Your responsibilities will include tracking attendance records, maintaining leave records, and overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics. You will be responsible for resourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various job portals as per the requirement. Additionally, you will conduct telephone and personal interviews with technical interviewers, prepare job descriptions, complete joining formalities and documentation, and handle the social media presence of the company. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ethical foundation. You should have a Bachelor's degree and be a 12th pass out. Female candidates are preferred, and the position is applicable to Surat local candidates only. In addition to your regular HR duties, you will be expected to prepare letters such as offer letters, joining letters, experience letters, etc. You will also be responsible for organizing celebrations of festivals, company events, picnics, and encouragement activities for employees. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed day shift schedule. The company offers yearly bonuses and requires the incumbent to work in person at the designated work location.
