Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR strategies, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall goals of the HR department.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills with 2+ year experience
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry is a plus
