Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter located in Tirunelveli. Some work from home is acceptable. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also be involved in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and understanding their requirements
  • Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and tracking systems
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources practices and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
