Job Description

The HR Coordinator (Documentation & Recruitment) role based in Thane (Wagle Estate) under the Human Resources department, reports to the Assistant Manager. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA. As the HR Coordinator, your primary responsibility will involve managing documentation and administrative processes for new employees. Ensuring accurate maintenance of all records is crucial in this role. Additionally, you will play a part in recruitment activities, contributing to sourcing and hiring efforts. The position is structured with a 60% focus on documentation tasks and a 40% focus on recruitment responsibilities. In terms of documentation, you will handle various tasks such as preparing employment contracts, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding paperwork for new hires. It is essential to maintain precise and up-to-date employee files, both physical and digital, to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. You will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of new hire packets and managing employee record updates. Regarding recruitment duties, your responsibilities will include posting job openings on different platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings for potential candidates, and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will support the HR team in organizing recruitment drives and maintaining an applicant database. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 1-6 years of experience or fresh MBA graduates in HR are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems for managing records and applicant data is essential. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication abilities are also required. Personal attributes such as being detail-oriented, capable of handling confidential information with discretion, strong multitasking skills, and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills are highly valued in this role.
