Human Resources Compliance

As the ESIC & PF Compliance Manager, your role involves managing ESIC & PF compliance in line with statutory requirements. This includes overseeing new joiner formalities such as employee ID creation and induction. Your responsibilities will also include preparing audit documents as per client requirements and ensuring audits are NC-free. Additionally, you will coordinate labour license applications, renewals, and compliance, as well as follow up on office utility bills including electricity, courier, and water. Your responsibility will be to maintain accurate records for statutory compliance and HR operations. You will support customer audits and ensure readiness of compliance documentation. Conducting site visits to ensure HR process adherence across locations will also be part of your role. Collaboration with internal teams will be necessary for smooth onboarding and HR service delivery. To excel in this role, you should maintain high standards of work quality and IT proficiency while ensuring timely reporting and documentation for all HR activities. Flexibility and mobility across geographic areas may be required.
