Human Resources Associate

You will be joining Mastiff Hotels, a luxury brand known for its extensive offline sales reach and effective online marketing strategies. The company has recently expanded its operations to Sri Lanka with Mastiff Grand, Bolgoda, and to Germany with Mastiff at Black Forest. In this full-time on-site Human Resources role based in Gulbarga, you will play a crucial part in managing HR functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and personnel management. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Human Resources and HR Management. Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits is essential, along with expertise in Personnel Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. While prior experience in the hospitality industry is considered a bonus, a keen understanding of HR practices and a proactive approach to HR management will be key to success in this position.,
