Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate Intern with 0 to 1 years of experience to assist in hiring for our Telecounseling Sales Team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from resume screening to onboarding.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
