Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Associate and Admin, located in New Delhi with some work-from-home possibilities. The Human Resources Associate and Admin will be responsible for day-to-day HR management and operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Skills in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and relevant procedures
  • Proficiency in Training & Development
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
