Senior Product Leader

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Leader located in the Greater Delhi Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Product Leader will be responsible for overseeing product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and working closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets market demands. Day-to-day tasks include defining product requirements, coordinating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams, and ensuring product development aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Specialists with a strong understanding of product management
• Great understanding of AI , Agentic product design / interaction
• Work effectively with marketing and sales / customer success team to ensure product features and release plan
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Customer Service focus to effectively address the needs and feedback of users and clients
• Experience in Sales to understand market demands and help drive product adoption
• Proven leadership skills to manage and guide cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in AI or healthcare technology is highly desirable
