Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting in HR management, managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and training. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as handling employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Skills in Benefits Administration and Training
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
