Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resource Executive based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and managing the end-to-end hiring process. Your role will involve liaising with external vendors for HR-related services, ensuring compliance with labor laws such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI), and handling salary processing including deductions. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline with 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or related fields. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential along with strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor. You should demonstrate initiative, leadership qualities, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally. This is a full-time position with benefits including PF & ESI, health insurance, and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts at the location in Dunlop, Kolkata. The salary range for this role is between 15k - 17k.
