Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding programs, coordinating employee engagement activities, handling employee queries, preparing HR reports, and assisting in policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are updated accurately. - Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs. - Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and compliance. - Prepare HR reports and assist in policy implementation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-4 years of relevant HR experience. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,
