Human Resources and Operations Lead

As a Human Resources and Operations Lead at ProAnalyst Data & AI Services, you will play a vital role in managing the non-technical functions that are essential for the smooth operation of our fast-growing startup. You will collaborate closely with the founder to enhance processes and support the company's expansion. This dynamic position is ideal for an organized and motivated individual who excels in a startup environment and is ready to take on diverse responsibilities. Your responsibilities will encompass various key areas: - **Accounting & Finance**: Responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records. - **HR & Hiring**: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding. Manage general HR operations. - **Bidding & Sales Operations**: Support in creating proposals for new projects, coordinating bid documentation, and assisting in other operational tasks. - **General Administration**: Provide administrative assistance to the team and handle office-related duties as required. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative, HR, or operations role, preferably in a startup or small business environment. - A solid grasp of basic accounting principles. - Experience in hiring and HR processes. - Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace. - The capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and quickly adapt to new tasks. In this hybrid role, you will work from the office at Kudlu Gate for 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely or adjust as per project requirements for the rest of the days.
