Power BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer at ProAnalyst Data & AI Services, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Power BI dashboards and reports for a diverse client base. Your efforts will translate complex data into actionable insights, enabling clients to make well-informed decisions. This position offers a chance to work on various projects and directly contribute to client success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that align with client requirements and business objectives. - Establish connections to different data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Azure SQL, Excel, APIs) and conduct data transformations using Power Query. - Create and optimize DAX expressions for intricate calculations and measures. - Enhance Power BI models for improved performance and scalability. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout all Power BI deliverables. - Occasionally support sales analytics, lead tracking, or project reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power BI. - Proficient in SQL (BigQuery, Azure SQL, or other relational databases). - Solid grasp of data modeling principles and experience with diverse data sources. - Familiarity with DAX. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage tasks. - Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking startup environment. - Bonus: Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Superset) or Python for data manipulation.
