Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore

Required Skillset:

Experience Range: 5+ Years

Must Have:

• 5-8 years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query M language.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization principles.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Good To Have:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services related to data, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with advanced analytics and data science tools like Python or R.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and cloud services.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data sources. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning, transformation, and validation. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
