What You’ll Do

As our HR Account Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between employee engagement and client HR needs. You’ll oversee internal HR operations while directly interacting with clients to deliver responsive, policy-compliant, and efficient HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage and apply HR policies within the company
• Support and grow client accounts by ensuring smooth HR operations
• Act as a contact point for employees regarding HR concerns
• Make sure all HR processes and documents follow company policy and legal standards
• Work with leadership to boost employee engagement and satisfaction
• Facilitate communication between employees, management, and clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or account management
• Basic understanding of HR policies and employee life cycle
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• (Bonus) Experience or interest in the tech/software industry
