Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals
, and other sourcing techniques.
Conduct
initial screenings
via phone or video to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate
interviews
between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
and internal databases.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment cycle.
Assist in , posting job ads, and employer branding activities.
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.
Ensure recruitment practices align with
company policies
and
labor laws
.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year of proven experience
in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
Good understanding of
recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
.
Familiarity with
ATS software
(e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, or similar).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle
multiple roles
and work in a
fast-paced
environment.
Basic knowledge of
labor laws and HR best practices
.
