Human Resource Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the Human Resource Department of the company. roles are essential for effective talent acquisition, with recruitment specialists managing long-term workforce planning and head hunters providing targeted, high-level hiring solutions. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identifies and attracts candidates for open positions.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Creates job descriptions and posts them on company websites, job boards, and social media.
• Screening & Interviewing: Reviews resumes, conducts phone screenings, and schedules interviews.
• Executive Search & Talent Scouting: Proactively seeks high-performing professionals, even those not actively job-hunting.
• Direct Approach (Poaching): Contacts candidates from competitors or related industries.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Maintains an extensive network of top industry professionals.
• Confidential Searches: Often hired for discreet hiring needs, such as replacing an underperforming executive.
• Negotiation & Candidate Management: Helps negotiate salaries, benefits, and job offers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fresher to 2 years of experience.
